Any similarities is completely coincidental
Create new 660 x 600 and flood fill white
Create new raster and with only bottom material button showing a color, create an oval shape on your page, Objects - align center of page. Convert to raster.
Now open up background image from Kit, I chose back ground 1, Open, resize it 70%, mirror, copy and paste as a new layer, Go to your oval shape, Selections, select all, select float, select invert, now click on tour background and hit delete, Select none. You can now delete the bottom oval layer. Now, Layers New raster, with foreground selected with color #b5cbe9, flood fill. Adjust, add noise at 50 % with random and monochrome checked. Hit ok. Go to your oval background layer, Selections, select all, select float, select modify, expand by 4, selections invert, now on the blue layer hit Delete, Select None. Add drop shadow of 2,2,40,4.00. Move this layer below your background oval.
Next take deco2 and resize it 25%, add d/s 1, 1, 70, 1.00 and sharpen,
place on the edge of your oval, duplicate mirror. Duplicate image rotate 90 degrees and place one on the top edge of oval, duplicate and flip.
Open up vintage lamp 2, resize 90%, apply d/s 2,2,70,4 and place on top of all other layers. Add your tubes, I applied d/s 2,2,50,5 to my tube. My middle tube I duplicated, I applied luminance (L) blend to the bottom one at 28%, then the top one of my tube I applied Plug in, Cybia Screen works, light gauze setting 10 - ok then applied luminance (L) blend at 40.
Open up your heart clusters, I chose #6, resize it 25 %, apply d/s 1,1,40,1.00 add to image. duplicate mirror.
Open up glass #4, resize it 50% d/s 2,2,40,2.00 copy and paste as new layer, bring to top and arrange it on your image, placing the heart clusters just behind it.
Open up moon 2, resize it 50%. d/s 2,2,40,2.00. Place it top layer right hand upper corner. (see my tag for element placements)
Add Your Text and copy right info. Merge all except your bottom white background. Before you merge X that layer out.
Take a color from your image, I chose a blue from the background, flood fill. Open up your mask, leave this open as a new image. Just minimize. Back on your image go to layers, New Mask Layers, From Image, in the source window find the mask, have source luminance checked and click ok. In your layers window you will see 3 layers of the mask, go to top one of those 3, right click, merge group. If you need to align the mask, just go to pick tool and using the lil arrows stretch it to where you want it. I applied noise to my mask at 50 %, random and monochrome checked.
Hope you enjoyed this Tutorial, any questions ...just ask! Hugz Dee:)
