Belong With Me

New Tutorial - Belong With Me
Supplies Needed
I used PSP X2 (though any version will do)
Mask Used - Candy Treats Mask 4
Vanderlee -Unplugged -Interlace
Eye Candy - Impact - Gradient Glow
The Tube is © Lisa Montuoi - You can purchase the Tube at My Tag Art
I used the gorgeous Freebie Kit Summer by Mia
My Word Art - Here
Create New 700 by 700 transparent bg and then floodfill white. Open up the frame with the paper clip, resize it 41%, copy and paste as new layer. Open up paper 1 and resize it 38 %. Copy and paste as new layer. Place just below your  frame layer. On your frame layer, using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame, selections, modify, expand by 3, invert and on your bg layer hit delete, select none. Open up your tube of choice. Once placed where you want it apply d/s 2,2,60,4 and duplicate it. Place one just above the frame layer and one just below the frame layer. On top layer using your eraser tool, erase any over lap of your tube on the  bottom part of the white frame. Open up tube called belt 1 and resize it 34%. Image, mirror and place in corner of frame. Open up umbrella and resize it 32%, image mirror and place just below the belt layer. I used the pick tool to get the right angle for the umbrella. Open up the ball tube and resize it 27%, place this in the corner below the othe elements, so it just sticks out a tad. Open up the anchor tube and resize it 16%. Using your pick tool, rotate it to suit the tag, then apply d/s/ 1,1,60,2 then sharpen.
I also added the  starfish tube resizing it 7%. I duplicated it and mirrored one of them. Now I wasn't too happy with the brilliant blue on the umbrella or the ball.So what I did was chose a color from the tube, on each of those 2 images using the magic wand, I clicked on the area I wanted to change the color of and then I went to Adjust, Hue and Saturation and changed the color.
Now setting your background color box to a color of choice ( I chose the peachy orange) and your foreground at nil. Using your Rectangle tool (but click on draw square)  draw a small square. Rotate it 15 degrees right. Place it where you want it.Paste your close up tube. I angled mine 15 degrees right as well. On the small square, Selections, all, float, invert and on your close up layer hit delete. Select None. Now on your close up layer go to adjust hue and saturation and color it the same as the square. then go to effects - plugins and using the vanderlee- unplugged - interlace at default settings click OK. Adjust the opacity to your choice. I used 80%.  On your Close up tube right click and merge down so that your Closeup and its background are one layer. Now you need to duplicate this layer. Placing one just above the large white frame and one just below. Using your eraser, on the upper layer of your close up, trace out the paperclip so it is exposed. On your bottom closeup layer go to effects gradient glow and using the setting below hit OK.

Then apply a d/s of2,2,50,4. Apply the same d/s now to the main white frame. Add the Word Art, your copyright info and Text. Choose a color for your mask layer. Layers New raster and floodfill it with that color. Place this layer just above the white bottom bg layer. Open up your mask and then minimize it.  On your  color chosen layer go to Layers, New mask layer, from Image and in view source window  search for your mask. Source luminace checked, click Ok. Now Right click on the top of the 3 new layers (mask layers) and merge group. Using your pick tool you can adjust the placement of your mask. Delete your white layer. Merge visible and save as a .png.  I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial, any questions feel free to ask! Dee:)

Doing this will place them in each layer. Sect view animation. Voila! Now to save as a transparent image. Use these settings. save is, name file. Output window opens, click on customize. Under each tab  set as below. Please note that in the Blend with this color that is where you click on the box to open up your color properties and put in the color  of the bottom layer.
