Supplies Needed
I used PSP X2 (though any version will do)
Mask - Monti Circle Mask - HERE
FTU Font used 7inch rounded- HERE

Open up template, shift d, close out original. Delete info layer, word art layer and overlayer layer. Open up your tube,apply d/s 2,2,60,4.00 arrange it across the five middle frames, on white frames bg layer, select all select float, select invert, on tube layer hit delete, select none. Open up paper 7, resize 18% copy and paste as new layer, duplicate twice, using same method replace the orange frame layer, the black oval layer and the white strip layers with paper 7. using same resizing and method replace both black rectangles with paper 4. Open up your tube, copy and paste as new layer, rotate 90 degrees, place in one of the rectangles, duplicate, mirror. Using same method to fit it to size. Duplicate each close up tube layer, on the bottom one change blend to Luminance (L) and set the opacity to 53, on the top close up layers set the blend mode to screen and the opacity to 53. Back on each of the rectangle paper bgs, go to effects, edge effects, enhance. Now apply a gradient glow with the settings below.

 The blue in the GG is #3f4f8b.
I applied this gg to the white strips, the paper 7 oval and the 2 rectangles in the middle. Apply the same gradient glow to the stars, then adjust sharpen more.Apply d/s 2,2,60,4.00 to the stars. Open up element 2, resize it 18%, copy and paste as new layer, arrange it just above the stars, using your selection tool draw a rectangle on the border of your rectangle, enclosing any part of the ribbon that sticks out beyond it, you will need to do both sides, hit delete on the ribbon layer, then select none. Apply same d/s. Apply same gg to the dotted lines, adjust sharpen more and apply same d/s. Open up paper 12 resize it 18%, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate, using same method replace the 2 orange rectangles with paper 12, apply same gg and then same d/s.
Open up Paper 5, resize it 18%, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate twice. Using same method replace  the orange strips, the white frame bg and the white oval. with the paper 5. Delete all the templates original layers. Open up element 12 - bow, resize it 20%, copy and paste as new layer, arrange top center of oval, apply same d/s. Open up element 14, resize it 12% , copy and paste as new layer, drag layer just below your 5 frames bottom layer.Open up element 13, resize it 13%, copy and paste as new layer, arrange just below bottom layer of your 5 frames again, but a lil to the left of your center.adjust, sharpen more. Open up element 7, dragonfly, resize it 17%, copy paste as new layer, image rotate, 20 degrees left, arrange bottom left corner, adjust sharpen and apply same d/s.Open up element 13- flower, resize it 7%, copy and paste as new layer, open up element 22 flower resize it 5%, copy and paste as new layer, open up element 40 leaves, resize it 7%, copy paste as new layer, arrange these  elements, top right corner of your 5 frames, placing the leaves layer below the top smaller flower, adjust sharpen all and apply same d/s. Now to add your text, set your bg color to #3c4362, foreground nil, set your font to 7 inch rounded  size 28 pixels and type your words, when you come to the space between words use the underscore instead of the space button. If you need to stretch them a bit use your pick tool. Duplicate, place duplicate layer in other  strip. I chose to resize it now. Image resize all layers checked 90%.
Add your copyright info.

Open up paper 4 and resize it 18%, copy and paste as new layer,place this layer at the bottom just above your white bg layer. Open up your mask, minimize it. Back on your image go to layers, New Mask Layers, From Image, in the source window find the mask, have source luminance checked and click ok. In your layers window  you will see 3 layers of the mask, go to top one of those 3, right click, merge group. If you need to align the mask, just go to pick tool and using the lil arrows stretch it to where you want it.  Now to save this as a transparent image, delete the bottom white layer, Merge visable and in the Save As box, change the setting to .png format.

Lets get started.

Create new 700 by 700, floodfill white. We will resize later.

Open up record, copy and paste as new layer. 

Open up paper 13 , paste as new layer, using your selections tool,

trace out a large rectangle about 1/4 inch taller than the record on top and bottom and about an inch from your image width on each side. Sections, invert, hit delete on your paper layer, select none. Open up your close up tube, arrange it to where you want it on the record, duplicate mirror, merge these 2 layers down together, on record layer, select all, select float, select invert, on close up tube layer hit delete, select none, duplicate this layer, on bottom one change the opacity to 55 and the blend to Luminance (L), On the top close up tube layer, set the opacity to 55 and the blend mode to screen. On the record layer, apply a gradient glow like shown.

 

Add d/s 2,2,50,4.00. Add same gg and d/s to your rectangle.

Open up frame 6 and resize it 50%, copy and paste as new layer, image rotate 15 degrees left (make sure all layers is not checked). Duplicate Mirror. Arrange them where you want them on your image (see mine for placement). Apply same gg and d/s to these frames. Open up paper 16 and resize it 50%, copy and paste as new layer. Arrange just below your 2 new frames. Using your magic wand with setting Add(Shift) RGB value and 25, click on the inside of each frame, making sure you click on the frame layer first. Selections-modify expand by 8, invert and on the blue paper hit delete, select none. Add your close ups to the frames in the same way. Duplicate your close ups. Change the blend mode and opacity of your close ups like you did before but set them to 59 opacity instead of 55.

Open up the piano tube, resize it 75%, copy and paste as new layer, butt it up against bottom of frame, letting it overlap your 2 smaller frames. Open up fire2, resize it 50%, copy and paste as new layer, apply same gg, and d/s. Duplicate mirror. Arrange them around your 2 frames.The top one, I arranged layer just below the piano, and any part that stuck out below the piano I used the eraser tool on. Open up the scattered notes, copy and paste as new layer. Adjust, brightness and contrast, change to white. Adjust add noise at 50%, uniform and monochrome checked. Adjust sharpen, apply d/s and arrange layer just below your top flame.

Open stream 1, copy and paste in top left corner of your rectangle, apply d/s. Open star 1, resized 50%, copy and paste as new layer, arrange this over the streamer end, apply d/s.

Open guitar 2, resize 25 %, copy and paste as new layer, apply same d/s and arrange it just below the streamer in bottom left corner of rectangle. Open up disco 3 ball, resize it 75%, copy and paste as new layer, bring layer down to just below the record, leaving it stick out  at the top, apply same d/s. Open up your main tube, add, apply d/s. Open up AD skull 2, resize it 50%, arrange center top of record, apply d/s. Open up skull 2, resize it 25%, copy and paste as new layer, apply d/s, right click, bring layer to top, arrange it over the bottom part of your flames. Open up Wire, resize it 80%, copy and paste as new layer, arrange to right of image so it is sticking out the side making sure  it looks even on top and bottom, duplicate mirror. Arrange both these layers to the bottom, just above your white bg layer. I also added 2 different spolt elements, resized them 50%, adjust sharpened, and after placing them where I wanted to , I sent the layer down to just above the wire layers. I also added a few sparkles to the record. Once happy with your image, image resize, all layers checked and resize it to 85%.

Now to add that lil row of text, using font FF Urban, set to 8 pixels, anti alias set to OFF and bg fill to black (foreground nil) Type your wording 5 times so it runs across the tag. convert to raster. Using your selections tool with white bg, create a long narrow rectangle just a tad larger than your wording. Arrange it below your wording and set the opacity to 50 and apply d/s. Merge these 2 layer together and drag it to just above your record close up tubes. try and center the wording to the record. Now on your big main rectangle, select all, select float, select invert, on your wording strip hit delete, select none. Add your copyright info and text. Open up paper 16 and resize it 67%, copy and paste as new layer,place this layer at the bottom just above your white bg layer. Open up your mask, minimize it. Back on your image go to layers, New Mask Layers, From Image, in the source window find the mask, have source luminance checked and click ok. In your layers window  you will see 3 layers of the mask, go to top one of those 3, right click, merge group. If you need to align the mask, just go to pick tool and using the lil arrows stretch it to where you want it.  Now to save this as a transparent image, delete the bottom white layer, Merge visable and in the Save As box, change the setting to .png format.

Create New 700 by 700, flood fill white. We will crop it once completed.
Open up frame 2 and resize 50%. Copy and pastes as new layer.
Open up paper 15, resize it 56%, copy and paste as new layer, image mirror, arrange below frame, so that the lightest part is showing in the frames center. Using magic wand, click inside the frame, selections, modify-expand by 8, selections invert, now on paper layer hit delete. Effects, edge effects, enhance.
Add your close up tube the same way. Change the opacity to 44 on your close up tube.
Add your main tube and apply d/s 2,2,40,4.00. Anrrange it to the left of your frame so that the inner curve of her dress follows curve of the frame. Open up bird tube, resize it 10%, mirror. Copy and paste as new layer, arrange it just below your main tube, aligning it up so it looks as if it sits on her hand. Apply same d/s. Open up branch, resize it 50%, copy and paste as new layer. Drag this layer to just above your white background layer, arrange it so it sticks out and above frame on right. Duplicate, mirror, arrange duplicate layer on the left of your tube. Using your eraser tool, erase any parts that stick out from the bottom.
Open up golden fern, resize it 25%, copy and paste as new layer, Image rotate 45% left, adjust sharpen and apply same d/s. duplicate mirror. Arrange each layer below your main frames bg layer, and place them where you want them (see my tag for placement).
Open up flowers, resize them 15%, copy and paste as new layer. Adjust sharpen and apply same d/s. Duplicate, mirror. Arrange flowers in bottom left corner of frame below your main tube, see mine for placement. Open up butterflies, resize 35%, copy and paste as new layer, right click, bring layer to top. Adjust sharpen, apply same d/s and place to the right of your frame. Open up word art 1, resize it 35%, copy and paste as new layer, arrange it to the bottom of your image, center to the frame. Add your text and copy right info. Using your selections tool, trace a box  to the size of tag you want, Adjust, crop to selection.
 Open up paper 15, image flip, copy and paste as new layer, arrange send to bottom just above your white bg. Open up your mask layer, minimize it.  Back on your image go to layers, New Mask Layers, From Image, in the source window find the mask, have source luminance checked and click ok. In your layers window  you will see 3 layers of the mask, go to top one of those 3, right click, merge group. If you need to align the mask, just go to pick tool and using the lil arrows stretch it to where you want it. On Top Layer,  Add your text and copyright info.Now to save this as a transparent image, delete the bottom white layer, Merge visable and in the Save As box, change the setting to .png format.
