This tutorial was written on 06.14.11 by Dee

Create New 800 by 800, we will resize it later. Floodfill white if you want, I didn't as I saved it as a .png.
I used both the Tagger Kit and the sampler, so I'll refer to them as TS (Sampler) TK (Kit). I will try and not have you going back and forth too much:)
From TK open up Torn Parchment C/P (copy and paste as new layer), Image resize 75%, drag center left, apply d/s with these settings.
Thats the d/s settings I use throughout this tutorial except on my main tube. from TK open up Window, C/P, arrange it to the right of the paper, edges overlapping. Apply d/s. Open up Ribbon2 from TK, C/P, arrange so tip extends to the right of window. Will show you preview after next element. Apply d/s. Open up Tab1 from TK, C/P, Image resize 75%, image free rotate 95 degrees left, arrange it to the left, apply d/s. Open Mask from TK, C/P, image resize 90%, right click send layer to bottom. See image below for placement.

Open up your Tag Back in the TS (Sampler), C/P, Image resize 75%, image free rotate 15 degrees right, add d/s. drag layer below The Tab1 layer. Open up the Tab(Green) from the TS, C/P, Image free rotate 75 degrees right, apply d/s, drag layer, below your ribbon layer. Open up the Mask in the TS, C/P, Image resize 75%, image mirror, arrange it bottom right so it sticks out, no d/s, drag this layer below the green tab layer. Open up book from TS,C/P, Image resize 40%, image free rotate 15 degrees right, arrange as top layer, bottom right corner, another preview coming up. Open up your close up tube, arrange over the rust Tab (with translucent squares), on the Tab layer, select all, select float, on your tube, hit delete, select none. Set the blend mode of your tube layer to Luminance(L) and the opacity to 65%.
Open up the Wordart tab from the TS, C/P, Image resize 25%, apply d/s, arrange it top right where the window meets the green tab. back to our Tagger Kit. Open up the Grass, C/P, image resize 60%, arrange it bottom left, barely extending past the image. Apply d/s. Open up the Books, C/P, Image resize 25%, apply d/s, drag below grass layer, arrange right corner. Open up Light, C/P, image mirror, arrange center, drag layer below grass, no d/s I tried it didn't look right. Open up Screw, C/P, image mirror, image resize 75%, apply d/s, arrange it below your rough stuff tab, hiding the top edge under it, don't worry that it is too short, our main tube will hide the bottom part. Open up Button, C/P, resize 25%, apply d/s, duplicate add where you want them. Open up Wire, C/P, resize 75%, image free rotate 5 degrees left, apply d/s and line it up with the holes in the paper, bottom one below books, drag layer if you have to below the book layer. Open up your Stiches, Click on your grass layer, C/P, drag below grass layer, it will stick out both ends but we will fix later.Click on your grass layer, open up Rusted Wire, C/P, image flip, now line it up so it covers the edge of the grass. Ok ready for another preview?

Open up Rope, C/P, resize it 40%, apply d/s and add to the top of one of your buttons. Click on your grass layer, C/P your main tube, place it so that her leg covers the bottom open part of the screw. Drag your tube layer below your grass, on your tube later, select all, select float, on your grass layer hit delete, on your wire layer hit delete, select none. Now add d/s to your main tube with these settings, 7,9,70,12. Click on top layer, open up Rustic Plate, C/P, image resize 25%, image free rotate 5 degrees left, apply d/s (switch back to original d/s). Place this over the edge of your bottom left paper and grass, now using your eraser tool, on both your wire and grass layer, erase any part that extends past this plate. Click on tour Tube layer, C/P Rivet,  image resize, 43%, apply d/s, drag layer below your main tube and center it to inside of tire. Click on your left side wire, open up Keys, C/P, resize 25%, apply d/s, drop below wire layer and place them top left corner. Click on top layer, Open Leaves, C/P, resize 25%, apply d/s duplicate, mirror, place first one top right corner over mirror, the second one left side when you have a void in the paper. Open up Clip, resize 25%, apply d/s, place over leaves on left side, duplicate mirror, place on othe leaves on right side. Open up Staple, C/P, resize 25%, apply d/s and place over the ribbon on right side. Open up Tag,C/P, resize 25%, apply d/s and place on the green paper. Click on top layer, open up Oil Can, resize 30%, place it over the right edge of the book and the wire and  stiches. Erase any wire and stiches that stick out beyond it. Open up Reading Glases, C/P, resize 25%, arrange where you want them in front of the oil can, duplicate, drag duplicate layer, below oil can, on top reading glass layer, using your eraser tool erase the ear peice on the left. Now apply a d/s to the bottom Reading Glasses layer and to the Oil Can. Now X out your bottom mask so the layer is hidden, Go to top layer, right click, merge visible. Image resize 85% (all layers unchecked). Now unhide the mask, using your pick tool to adjust the size if you want, centering the main image. If you want to crop now is the time. Add your Text and copyright info and your done!
